Based in Malaysia, this position involves overseeing and enhancing enterprise master data initiatives utilizing Reltio MDM. The role focuses on governing customer and product data, configuring critical data workflows, and resolving production incidents. The specialist will work alongside global stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance across cloud systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Reltio MDM platforms and associated master data operations.
- Configure survivorship rules, match and merge criteria, and data change request pipelines.
- Oversee customer and product master data governance to maintain superior data quality.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, execute root-cause analyses, and establish preventive fixes.
- Engage with key business partners to capture requirements and deliver technical MDM solutions.
- Execute data validation, reconciliation, and queries using SQL Server and Salesforce tools.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive background of 8 to 10 years working with Master Data Management and cloud data platforms.
- Deep practical experience with Reltio MDM configurations including golden record management.
- Proven record managing master data within customer, product, commercial, or payer domains.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with SQL Server and Salesforce for data investigation.
- Solid experience providing production support and handling incident root-cause analysis.
- Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical domains is advantageous.
