Based in Singapore, this role leads AI governance initiatives for Prudential Assurance Corporation Singapore (PACS), ensuring responsible and compliant deployment of AI systems. The manager will oversee the AI system lifecycle, from registration to risk assessment and monitoring, within a Group-led framework. This position also involves establishing local procedures, managing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to policy development.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Group AI Governance Framework and local regulations
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for AI governance
- Oversee the PACS AI Systems Register for accuracy and completeness
- Perform risk assessments for AI systems, including Generative AI models
- Guide stakeholders through the AIWG review and approval process
- Develop and maintain local policies aligned with Group and regulatory standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in data governance, AI/ML systems, or risk management
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and data privacy
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly
- Self-initiated and driven individual
- Comfortable making decisions in uncertain situations
