Based in Malaysia, this role drives end-to-end technology delivery and project management for the Transformation Programme, focusing on the FFP Performance Management workstream. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology solutions for the Finance function. This position requires providing technical expertise, delivery governance, and hands-on guidance to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met for scalable data and reporting solutions.

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for technology initiatives.
- Align scope, priorities, and milestones with various stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans and work packages.
- Provide technical guidance to the delivery team across various domains.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource coordination.
- Oversee solution validation, testing, and post-delivery support.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology project delivery and team guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 honor or higher) or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Expertise in technology delivery management and project governance.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile, or cloud platforms.
