Based in Singapore, this role supports the Group Credit Policy & Governance team, focusing on independent oversight of Personal Financial Services (PFS) loan portfolios across UOB Group. The successful candidate will review and maintain credit policies, provide independent recommendations on credit policy changes, and monitor portfolio quality. This position also involves strategic projects, leveraging data and analytics for enhanced governance and automation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review and maintain Group Policy Standards, Frameworks, and Guidelines.
- Provide advisory support to regional countries on policy and framework matters.
- Collaborate with country functions to review credit initiatives and provide recommendations.
- Track and report key risk metrics across regional countries.
- Monitor regional PFS loan portfolios to identify and escalate emerging risks.
- Support the preparation of reports for senior management and the Group Credit Committee.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in retail credit risk management, policy, MIS, or portfolio management.
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or Finance preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
