Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role within Global Markets focuses on driving the origination and execution of customized investment, hedging, and financing structures. You will collaborate closely with coverage bankers to serve both wholesale and retail banking clients. The position requires spearheading regional business growth while handling complex transactions across various asset classes and cross-functional teams.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Originate and deliver structured investment, hedging, and financing opportunities for wholesale and retail client segments.
- Design innovative financial solutions utilizing diverse treasury products across multiple asset classes.
- Lead the execution of sophisticated multi-asset transactions alongside internal and external partners.
- Partner with relationship managers and coverage teams to uncover new business opportunities.
- Drive regional business development initiatives to expand the bank's market share.
- Liaise with risk, compliance, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth deal completion.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive background in structured sales, structuring, or global markets environments.
- In-depth expertise in financial derivatives, treasury solutions, and structured products.
- Proven record of managing complex client deals across diverse commercial banking segments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial communication skills.
- Relevant CMFAS certifications (including M1B, M2A, M5, M6, and M6A).
