Based in Singapore, this senior role focuses on maintaining robust network governance, security compliance, and infrastructure management across the organization. You will supervise IT audit engagements, handle compliance activities, and oversee network device hardening along with firewall rule reviews. Additionally, the role involves managing network support systems, lifecycle tracking, and vendor communications.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT audit responses, gather required evidence, and ensure remediation of compliance gaps.
- Handle compliance tasks including Key Process Risk Self-Assessments and Business Continuity Management.
- Conduct scheduled network device hardening audits and regular firewall access rule reviews.
- Administer essential network infrastructure systems such as TACACS+, Syslog servers, and backup systems.
- Supervise hardware and software asset tracking alongside lifecycle and End-of-Life monitoring.
- Verify telecommunication billing statements and resolve provider discrepancies.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of background in network operations, infrastructure support, governance, or IT security.
- Demonstrated track record of handling IT audits, risk evaluations, and regulatory reviews.
- Strong working knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and logging platforms.
- Solid familiarity with network security controls and system hardening frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, stakeholder management, and technical documentation abilities.
