Based in Indonesia, this role provides essential administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers, focusing on affluent client portfolios. The associate will assist with wealth management transactions, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance tasks. This position requires delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers for affluent clients
- Assist with wealth management transactions, including investments and insurance
- Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and regulatory reviews (KYC/AML)
- Address client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with product specialists and support teams for service delivery
- Prepare portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support
- Understanding of wealth management products and financial markets
- Knowledge of banking compliance regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
