Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading a technology team within UOB's Innovation Hub 2, a Centre of Excellence providing Group Business Services. The successful candidate will manage technical and functional deliverables for projects, ensuring they meet requirements within budget and schedule. This position requires strong leadership in IT delivery and effective stakeholder management to support the bank's growth ambitions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan technical and functional deliverables for projects within budget and schedule.
- Monitor and manage technical delivery risks and issues, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Provide status updates on technical delivery to project and program managers.
- Allocate resources for daily production tasks and end-of-day operations.
- Oversee deployment tasks, code reviews, and status updates to the release team.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure adherence to project governance.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Strong Murex skills (Datamart, MXML, Risk).
- Good business domain knowledge in Global Markets and Group Risk.
- Over 10 years developing global/regional IT capabilities with budgetary responsibility.
- More than 3 years of leadership experience managing IT delivery teams.
- Experience communicating with both functional and technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale, highly available applications.
