- Provide strategic leadership for deposit product managers across various markets.
- Drive deposit growth, manage costs, and embed a strong risk culture.
- Lead regional deposit strategy development and execution.
- Harmonize product development across markets, ensuring compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Manage balance sheet aspects, focusing on cost of funds and net interest margin.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 15 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in deposits, product management, and regional strategy.
- Proven ability to lead regional harmonization and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
