Based in Singapore, this role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions with a strong emphasis on agentic workflows and large language models. The engineer will construct reliable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, connect applications with existing infrastructure, and establish robust evaluation metrics. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications utilizing LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Build and refine retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Seamlessly connect AI systems with existing APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms.
- Establish evaluation benchmarks to assess response quality, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure model safety.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical AI tools and assist rollout.
- Maintain continuous performance monitoring, versioning, and guardrail optimization for deployed models.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Between 3 to 5 years of software development experience leveraging Python.
- Demonstrated track record of constructing LLM-driven apps, AI agents, or RAG architectures.
- Hands-on familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Solid understanding of vector search, database integrations, and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience managing CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and containerized deployments.
