Based in Singapore, this role drives regional business development across Southeast Asia and Oceania for advanced climate solutions. The appointed professional will collaborate with local subsidiaries to capture project opportunities in applied HVAC and data center cooling environments. Key duties involve managing stakeholder relationships, driving product specifications with engineering consultants, and accelerating regional pipeline growth.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales initiatives and expand project pipelines across applied cooling and air conditioning solutions
- Prepare technical proposals and position cooling designs for data center and mission-critical projects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to capture applied HVAC projects involving chillers, air handling units, and controls
- Foster relationships with key developers, contractors, consultants, and enterprise customers
- Engage mechanical and electrical consultants to secure product specifications during the design phase
- Produce sales enablement collateral and deliver technical product training across regional subsidiaries
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of B2B sales or business development experience within HVAC or building solutions
- Demonstrated exposure to data center cooling concepts, redundancy requirements, or related project sales
- Solid working knowledge of central HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, and building management systems
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for pipeline tracking
- Ability to travel across Southeast Asia and Oceania as needed
