Based in Singapore, this role focuses on driving 5G adoption, commercial innovation, and managing roaming and value-added service portfolios. You will formulate strategic go-to-market roadmaps while collaborating with network and technical teams to commercialize next-generation connectivity solutions. Additionally, you will steer cross-functional initiatives to enhance user journeys, monitor commercial performance, and boost revenue expansion across varied consumer segments.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to accelerate 5G adoption across consumer segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, pricing, and optimization for roaming and VAS portfolios.
- Collaborate with technical and network teams to commercialize next-generation digital solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention campaigns.
- Direct cross-functional strategic transformation projects and enhance overall customer experience.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, product development, or business development.
- Proven background in product lifecycle management, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated P&L and commercial management capabilities with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Background in telecommunications, 5G, emerging technologies, or roaming services is advantageous.
