Based in Singapore, this role joins Group Finance to oversee regulatory submissions and public disclosures concerning capital positions across the bank. The appointed professional will track capital consumption, partner with business divisions to evaluate RWA effects of new initiatives, and respond to regulatory requests. Additionally, the role involves driving automation initiatives and refining reporting workflows to support compliance with evolving banking frameworks.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate regulatory filings and disclosures on group capital adequacy
- Build management dashboards to monitor capital usage across various jurisdictions and business units
- Advise internal stakeholders on the risk-weighted asset and capital impacts of commercial strategies
- Handle regulatory surveys, consultations, and routine queries from authorities such as MAS and BCBS
- Drive process automation and workflow enhancements to mitigate operational risks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant professional credential
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital regulatory frameworks
- Background in capital management, planning, or regulatory reporting preferred
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external regulators
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize deliverables in a dynamic environment
