Based in the Philippines, this position oversees the steady, safe, and efficient performance of critical plant utilities. The technician carries out preventative servicing, system monitoring, and diagnostic troubleshooting to minimize downtime across operations. The role also contributes to environmental sustainability, equipment reliability projects, and internal technical capability building.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate plant utility systems including boilers, chillers, air compressors, FDAS, generators, and HVAC equipment.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and first-line mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment and utility lines.
- Track operating metrics such as flow, pressure, temperature, and consumption to optimize energy and water efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement, Kaizen projects, and facility equipment commissioning alongside engineering teams.
- Assist in maintaining wastewater treatment systems and resolving equipment faults affecting environmental compliance.
- Provide coaching, troubleshooting guides, and skills development to utility shifters to build internal technical expertise.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Graduate of a technical program in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Technology, or HVAC disciplines.
- Certified Plant Mechanic or Registered Mechanical Engineer qualification is preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of utility maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on competency in inspecting and troubleshooting industrial pumps, motors, compressors, and electrical controls.
- Willingness to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite.
