Based in Singapore, this role involves safeguarding digital infrastructure and networks against emerging threats within the Cyber Defence Operations team. You will evaluate security events, conduct initial investigations into alerts, and pinpoint potential vulnerabilities across systems. In addition, you will streamline operational workflows by designing automation playbooks using SOAR systems and artificial intelligence tools to minimize manual workload and enhance monitoring performance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess security events and alerts across various monitoring systems
- Conduct triage, correlate telemetry, and run initial investigations into suspicious activity
- Design, test, and deploy automated playbooks using SOAR platforms and scripting tools
- Implement approved AI technologies to improve alert classification and operational efficiency
- Assist senior security staff during incident response by compiling relevant logs and context
- Maintain detailed documentation for investigative findings, processes, and automation logic
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates or individuals with foundational cybersecurity background
- Basic comprehension of security operations, cyber threats, and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions including SIEM, EDR, or IDS/IPS platforms
- Introductory scripting skills using languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Strong problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and interest in automation
