- เตรียมวัตถุดิบในการอาหารตามมาตรฐาน (ครัวเย็น) ให้ตรงตามออเดอร์ลูกค้า
- ปฏิบัติตามสูตรอาหารมาตรฐานและการจัดวางจานเพื่อรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพการผลิตและการนำเสนอ
- จัดการอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- รักษาความสะอาดและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของห้องครัวและอาหารให้ตรงตามหลักสุขอนามัย
- กระตือรือร้นที่จะรวบรวมความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตนเอง
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
