Based in Singapore, this role involves identifying automation opportunities, analyzing business processes, and translating requirements into technical specifications. The Manager will oversee the complete delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, acting as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams. This position ensures automation initiatives provide measurable business value while adhering to governance and operational standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and system requirements for automation projects
- Assess processes to identify potential automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Manage end-to-end RPA project delivery, including planning and deployment
- Coordinate with various teams, including business users and developers
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation support
- Ensure compliance with RPA governance and security standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in IT delivery, automation, or digital transformation
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering RPA solutions
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and gathering requirements
- Familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation concepts and technologies
