Based in Singapore, this role leads project portfolio planning and application lifecycle management for the retail sector within Group Technology & Operations. The position involves driving transparency in project demand, capacity, and application risk to inform investment and workforce planning decisions. It requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with business priorities and effective execution.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead project pipeline planning and prioritization aligned with strategic business goals.
- Ensure visibility of the project book-of-work, demand, and capacity for planning.
- Improve the quality of project investment proposals and governance discipline.
- Provide management insights and recommendations on investment priorities.
- Lead application lifecycle management and obsolescence risk remediation.
- Oversee annual technology obsolescence reviews and ensure timely completion.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technology project portfolio planning and demand forecasting in finance.
- Ability to analyze project demand, capacity, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong governance and reporting skills, including executive paper preparation.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and obsolescence risk.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
