Based in Indonesia, this leadership role oversees a designated network of branches across Surabaya to drive commercial growth and operational excellence. The position is responsible for setting strategic direction across various banking products, managing regional financial performance, and maintaining robust compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves guiding branch managers and nurturing relationships with vital retail and corporate stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet revenue and business targets across banking portfolios.
- Direct branch operations within the cluster to maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coach and manage branch managers while cultivating a high-performance workplace culture.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key corporate and retail clients to expand commercial opportunities.
- Supervise financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense governance for the cluster.
- Drive customer service standards and serve as the regional brand representative across community initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional credentials preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in retail banking, with 5+ years managing multiple branches or units.
- Demonstrated history of delivering revenue growth and hitting business milestones.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products, operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, paired with deep familiarity with the Surabaya business market.
