Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing the technical delivery of core banking enhancements, ensuring they meet project requirements and comply with established frameworks. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders from project inception through deployment, focusing on customer, deposits, channels, and reporting functionalities. This position requires overseeing technical dependencies, managing risks, and coordinating across multiple application teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Manage technical deliverables for core banking projects within budget
- Coordinate across application teams to handle technical dependencies
- Monitor and manage technical delivery risks and issues
- Provide status updates to program and project managers
- Partner with analysts and subject matter experts for requirements
- Ensure solution design complies with enterprise and security standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in banking or IT
- Knowledge of IBM AS400 platform, RPG, CL, COBOL, and ALDON
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline
