Based in Singapore, this role supports the Group CTO Office at Singtel, focusing on network cost leadership, investment optimization, and program oversight across the Singtel Group and its regional associates. The position involves providing technical and commercial support for network RFPs and investments, driving regional benchmarking, and facilitating collaboration to achieve group synergies. Key responsibilities include managing network costs, conducting commercial benchmarking, and overseeing technology programs.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage network costs and conduct commercial benchmarking across the Group
- Support RFPs, tenders, and contract renewals with technical and commercial evaluations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and provide input for negotiations
- Maintain and enhance regional benchmarking methodologies and cost models
- Oversee key technology investments and strategic GCTO initiatives
- Facilitate Group-OpCo technology synergy meetings and track action plans
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 10 years in telecommunications, network technology, or program management
- Deep technical knowledge of telecommunications networks (RAN, Core, Transport, Fixed Broadband)
- Experience in network planning, vendor management, or network investment
- Proficiency in technical and commercial RFP/tender evaluation
- Strong program and project management capabilities
- Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics or Telecommunication
