Based in Indonesia, this position invites an experienced professional to join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice in Jakarta. In this role, you will guide client enterprises through complex workforce evolutions, operating model revisions, and organizational change initiatives. You will partner with corporate leaders to evaluate organizational challenges and deploy practical solutions that foster sustainable ways of working.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Drive workstreams covering organizational change, talent strategy, and workforce transformation.
- Evaluate organizational challenges using data-driven methods to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Create and execute comprehensive change management plans, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in building target operating models, organizational structures, and governance systems.
- Formulate forward-looking workforce planning and talent development strategies using people analytics.
- Facilitate client workshops, perform stakeholder interviews, and present insights to executive leaders.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, HR transformation, or change management.
- Proven track record participating in large-scale organizational or technology-enabled transformation programs.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and qualitative research abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to create executive-level presentations and communicate persuasively.
- Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and multi-stakeholder management capabilities.
