หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new mortgage loan opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct financial needs assessments for prospective clients to recommend suitable products.
- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, outlining terms and repayment schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments for efficient loan processing and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UOB's mortgage products, policies, and market trends.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and the Malaysian property market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong sales drive and proactive business development approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
