Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading or significantly contributing to the administration and lifecycle management of the bank's AS400 systems and related infrastructure. The position requires deep technical expertise in AS400, focusing on system optimization, maintenance, and strategic planning. This individual will also support various infrastructure platforms and may lead a small team or work as an individual contributor.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee AS400 system setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Install and upgrade OS and third-party software
- Monitor and tune system and applications for performance
- Plan and manage system and storage capacity
- Resolve complex system-related problems
- Contribute to hardware and software strategic planning
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of AS400 system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of AS400 architecture, CL programming, and commands
- Experience with infrastructure tools like Mimix, Connect:Direct, Control-M
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
- Leadership experience is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
