หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on global mobility policies and procedures
- Manage the administration of assignment and transfer packages
- Oversee the end-to-end process for international moves
- Act as a central contact for employees and internal teams
- Prepare compensation proposals in line with company philosophy
- Collaborate with external vendors on immigration, tax, and relocation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Prior experience in Global Mobility within a matrix organization
- Familiarity with European global mobility practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills across various organizational levels
- Ability to manage complex situations proactively
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
