Based in Singapore, this senior executive role leads technical AI risk oversight within the bank's dedicated risk management team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert on emerging artificial intelligence technologies, including generative and agentic systems. Key responsibilities include translating risk control frameworks into practical engineering requirements and partnering with technical teams to ensure safe AI deployment across enterprise platforms.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical risk authority for machine learning, foundation models, agents, and emerging AI architectures.
- Establish practical technical control standards and security guardrails for AI platforms and operational infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate designs and deliver independent second-line risk challenge.
- Define key risk indicators, telemetry standards, and verification expectations for enterprise AI services.
- Assess developments in autonomous agents, generative AI, and emerging technologies to strengthen governance approaches.
- Provide expert guidance on evolving regulatory expectations and participate in industry consultative forums.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive background in AI engineering, architecture, AI security, technology risk, or machine learning governance.
- Proven hands-on experience identifying, managing, and mitigating operational risks in complex AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and challenge senior architects, engineers, and platform leaders credibly.
- Experience operating within technology companies, cloud hyperscalers, or mature enterprise AI environments.
- Working knowledge of financial services risk frameworks or regulatory environments is advantageous.
