You will lead or support engagements across various supply chain functions, utilizing data analytics and digital tools to identify performance improvements. The position requires developing and executing transformation roadmaps to enhance resilience and sustainability, while also mentoring junior team members.

- Collaborate with clients to design and implement supply chain strategies
- Lead engagements in areas like planning, procurement, and logistics
- Utilize data analytics and digital tools for performance improvement
- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for supply chain enhancement
- Support business development and client presentations
- Work cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 3-7 years of consulting experience in supply chain and operations
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, or manufacturing
- Experience with digital supply chain technologies and ERP systems
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and provide recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
- MBA or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus
