Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing the end-to-end Replacement of Certificates (ROC) appeal process. The executive will handle submissions from agents, validate details, and prepare cases for committee deliberation and actuary approval. This position requires responding to inquiries from various stakeholders and maintaining high service standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage the complete ROC appeal process
- Process appeal submissions from agency force
- Validate appeal details and extract certificate components
- Prepare appeal cases for committee and actuary approval
- Respond to email inquiries regarding ROC matters
- Provide accurate information and meet service standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Hold a university degree in any field
- Have at least 2 years of experience in family takaful
- Possess knowledge of takaful products and operations
- Demonstrate customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
- Be proficient in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office
