Based in Singapore, this leadership role focuses on designing and delivering impactful cybersecurity training initiatives across the organization. The position is responsible for fostering a proactive security mindset among employees to mitigate digital threats. Working within Group Information Security, the candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to align awareness campaigns with regulatory standards and corporate security policies.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and update instructional materials regarding IT security guidelines and employee asset protection duties
- Ensure educational initiatives align with organizational objectives and meet information security standards
- Design and execute hands-on training sessions and realistic threat simulations
- Formulate specialized security curriculum targeted at high-risk roles and business units
- Partner with internal teams and external specialists to build engaging, modern security content
- Track performance metrics, maintain operational documentation, and support regulatory or audit requirements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mass Communications, Business, or Psychology
- Proven background in planning and rolling out security education and awareness initiatives
- Clear comprehension of human behavioral tendencies and vulnerability to social engineering
- Familiarity with fundamental security principles and organizational business needs
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders independently
- Professional cybersecurity certification is an added advantage
