หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of direct contracts and collections for debt recovery
- Analyze customer data and credit profiles to create collection strategies
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements to maximize recovery rates
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for regulatory adherence
- Identify and escalate high-risk cases for further action
- Monitor and report on collection performance metrics for process improvement
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation
