Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. The successful candidate will drive automation initiatives, collaborate with various teams to onboard workloads, and oversee daily operations including monitoring and incident resolution. This position requires mentoring junior engineers and ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead OCP design, deployment, administration, and lifecycle management for high availability and performance.
- Manage infrastructure deliverables, including upgrades, patches, and capacity planning for OCP clusters.
- Collaborate with application and security teams to onboard workloads and manage platform dependencies.
- Oversee daily OpenShift operations, including monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
- Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD integration, and container orchestration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational architecture, governance, and security standards.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of IT infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in container or cloud platforms.
- Proven experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams in complex environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience managing OpenShift clusters across on-premise, hybrid, or public cloud environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
