Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting both provisioning and operational aspects of managed WiFi services. The engineer will configure and activate customer WiFi services, perform detailed diagnostics, and help maintain a secure and high-performing centralized WiFi platform. This position requires close collaboration with delivery teams and providing technical support for escalations, platform optimization, and process improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Configure and provision WiFi infrastructure components via centralized platforms
- Participate in 24x7 standby rotation support
- Integrate WiFi services with enterprise systems
- Execute technical onboarding procedures including zero-touch provisioning
- Conduct pre-deployment checks and post-deployment verification
- Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex wireless issues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a WiFi environment
- Strong understanding of wireless networking standards and RF theory
- Experience with enterprise or cloud-based WiFi platforms
- Knowledge of authentication systems and network security protocols
- Industry certifications (e.g., CWNA, Cisco Wireless) are preferred
