This leader will drive best practices in both areas and mentor team members.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Translate complex business and regulatory needs into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for clear and feasible requirements.
- Oversee QA activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure defect management and tracking, collaborating for timely resolution.
- Promote QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance professionals.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Expertise in life insurance products, policy administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
- Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Xray for tracking and reporting.
