Based in Vietnam, this role oversees the site's quality management system by executing continuous improvement cycles and reporting outcomes to leadership. You will be responsible for managing audit protocols, regulatory inspections, documentation updates, and corrective action programs. Additionally, the position investigates customer complaints end-to-end to maintain top manufacturing safety and compliance standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide the site quality management PDCA processes and present findings to leadership
- Oversee documentation control, policy amendments, and internal audit procedures
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems and follow-up activities
- Coordinate biannual reviews of quality systems and maintain compliance standards
- Investigate and resolve consumer feedback and product complaints from intake to closure
- Liaise with food regulatory authorities and serve as the main contact during site inspections
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Practical background and experience working in a laboratory environment
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when following written guidelines
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven track record of teamwork
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
