Based in Indonesia, this leadership role oversees banking operations supporting Global Markets with a specialized focus on foreign exchange and money market activities. The position manages critical operational workflows, including trade clearance, settlement, reconciliations, investigations, and control functions across financial products. In addition, the role drives operational efficiency and client satisfaction across revenue-generating market divisions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct operational functions supporting foreign exchange, money markets, and global market activities
- Supervise transaction clearance, trade settlements, confirmations, and operational investigations
- Ensure robust control environments and adherence to regulatory and internal operational policies
- Coordinate with trading desks and external counterparts to resolve complex trade-related discrepancies
- Oversee new account configurations, client service management, and over-the-counter clearing processes
- Drive continuous improvements in treasury and banking operational efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Extensive background in banking operations, global markets, or treasury trade processing
- Comprehensive operational knowledge of foreign exchange, money market, and fixed income instruments
- Demonstrated track record in clearance, settlement mechanisms, and operational risk management
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding operational teams in a banking environment
- Solid problem-solving, stakeholder relationship management, and communication skills
