Based in Indonesia, this senior leadership role involves driving the cash management product strategy, focusing on development, enhancement, and market rollout of products and services. The successful candidate will lead and direct a team of Cash Product Managers, ensuring alignment with the overall Global Transaction Services strategy. This position requires overseeing the product lifecycle, ensuring governance, and driving commercialization while managing the product P&L.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance new product initiatives based on local market needs
- Ensure product governance, adhering to internal policies and external regulations
- Manage product readiness and overall support models
- Drive commercialization efforts for products
- Oversee the profit and loss for each product
- Lead and mentor Cash Product Managers
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in banking or a similar industry, preferably in product development
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management abilities
- Demonstrated teamwork capability
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
