Based in the Philippines, this role delivers specialized subject matter expertise for global medical insurance programs catering to internationally mobile personnel. You will ensure regulatory compliance across regions, analyze claims data, and help optimize healthcare policies. The position collaborates cross-functionally with human resources, legal, and vendor partners to maintain high-quality healthcare operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out and ongoing administration of international medical insurance policies.
- Evaluate claims metrics, cost patterns, and employee input to guide operational strategy.
- Handle complex escalations and address inquiries from mobile workforce and HR partners.
- Liaise with external insurers, brokers, and administrators to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor adherence to corporate travel standards and cross-border healthcare regulations.
- Create training resources, documentation, and FAQs to enhance policy understanding.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical business background.
- Strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Background in vendor relationship management and team supervision.
- Prior exposure to mobility and human resources software platforms.
- Demonstrated capability in reporting, data evaluation, and problem resolution.
- Proven track record managing multiple tasks autonomously in dynamic environments.
