Based in Malaysia, this role involves tracking and monitoring compliance projects and initiatives, reporting progress to senior leadership and governance structures. The successful candidate will create detailed project plans, oversee workstreams, and manage stakeholder engagement across the country and group. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage risks and timelines effectively.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Create detailed project plans for compliance initiatives
- Liaise with stakeholders across the group and country
- Escalate key risks and define mitigation strategies
- Maintain robust governance for project decisions and changes
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, and issues
- Prepare reports for various committees and management
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry, particularly compliance or non-financial risk
- Knowledge of Compliance, AML, and Sanctions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build partnerships
- In-depth technical capabilities in related fields
- Solid experience in Risk, Control & Governance, Operations, Assurance, and Analytics
