Based in the Philippines, this on-site role leads intraday workforce operations to optimize resource allocation, staffing levels, and overall account profitability. The successful hire will guide real-time adherence activities, oversee scheduling adjustments, and resolve immediate service delivery issues while collaborating with operational teams. Additionally, the position involves team supervision, compliance reporting, and managing internal audit procedures during night shifts.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide intraday teams to handle daily schedule adjustments and real-time service issues
- Monitor real-time adherence and schedule compliance while preparing operational reports
- Partner with operations to optimize resource utilization and drive account cost reduction
- Maintain high client satisfaction by managing service level challenges with effective staffing solutions
- Oversee process controls and ensure readiness for internal and external operational audits
- Mentor and support the professional growth of team members under direct supervision
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in workforce management
- At least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Comprehensive end-to-end WFM expertise including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and RTA
- Willingness to work night shifts with weekends off in an on-site office setting
- Legal authorization to work in the Philippines
