Based in Malaysia, this senior leadership role focuses on evaluating and sanctioning commercial credit requests within assigned lending authority limits. The appointee will partner with commercial banking stakeholders to appraise complex credit proposals while maintaining rigorous risk control and supporting sustainable business expansion. Strong expertise in financial structures and regulatory alignment is vital.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Sanction commercial credit and financing requests within designated lending authority thresholds
- Prepare comprehensive risk evaluations for lending proposals that exceed personal delegation limits
- Examine and endorse internal borrower risk ratings
- Collaborate with relationship teams to detect, mitigate, and resolve sophisticated credit risks
- Uphold regulatory compliance and internal credit guidelines across all financing transactions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience within commercial or corporate banking environments
- Demonstrated background in credit evaluation, business origination, or team leadership
- Deep technical mastery of plain vanilla and complex structured financing solutions
- Robust analytical competence alongside collaborative problem-solving skills
- Prior exposure to frontline relationship management or deal structuring is advantageous
