Based in Singapore, this role involves ensuring smooth daily eCommerce operations for Samsung's online platforms and marketplaces. The Senior Executive will manage order fulfillment, inventory, customer support processes, and vendor coordination. This position also focuses on tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas for process improvement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels, address stock issues, and coordinate replenishment
- Collaborate with customer service on payment, refund, and cancellation requests
- Execute trade-in programs, resolving customer and vendor issues
- Validate vendor invoices and ensure compliance with service agreements
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in eCommerce operations, order fulfillment, or vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with eCommerce tools, order management, and inventory systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills for cross-functional teams
