Based in Singapore, this role involves supervising facilities and property operations across corporate premises in coordination with appointed managing agents. The successful candidate will monitor contractor delivery, oversee building and mechanical maintenance, and ensure strict statutory and safety compliance. You will also assist with procurement processes, tenant fit-outs, and emergency preparedness.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise the managing agent to ensure seamless daily property and facilities operations.
- Oversee contractor performance, ongoing maintenance schedules, and building service levels.
- Perform regular site audits to confirm building and M&E systems remain functional and safe.
- Handle procurement procedures, tender exercises, contract tracking, and invoice verifications.
- Supervise tenancy handovers, renovation approvals, and compliance with lease conditions.
- Coordinate fire protection initiatives, workplace safety regulations, and emergency incident responses.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- One to two years of background in facilities, building, or property maintenance.
- Familiarity with workplace safety and health guidelines.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
