Based in Indonesia, this role provides technical measurement science leadership and analytical testing for the regional personal healthcare portfolio at P&G. The successful candidate will design fit-for-purpose measurement strategies, execute method development and validation, and deliver actionable scientific insights to support product qualification and innovation. Working closely with cross-functional R&D, quality, and supply teams, you will maintain data integrity, troubleshoot complex laboratory investigations, and streamline modern analytical workflows.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Formulate analytical hypotheses, testing plans, and acceptance criteria in partnership with multi-functional teams.
- Execute and validate chemical and physical analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, dissolution, and spectroscopy.
- Oversee laboratory instrument qualification, routine maintenance, calibration, and overall equipment readiness.
- Investigate out-of-trend analytical findings and apply statistical analysis to evaluate data reliability.
- Compile comprehensive technical reports, standard operating procedures, and qualification protocols.
- Coordinate analytical testing with external laboratories and assist in transferring methods to quality control teams.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience developing, validating, transferring, and troubleshooting analytical methods.
- Proficiency with chromatography and spectroscopy techniques across diverse dosage forms.
- Strong background in regulated laboratory standards, quality systems, and rigorous data integrity principles.
- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
