Based in Singapore, this role involves managing daily wholesale loan operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The Assistant VP will act as a deputy to the Team Leader, serving as a key escalation point for operational issues, risk matters, and client service concerns. This position requires adherence to MAS regulations and bank policies, contributing to quality control and process improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale banking loan processing, including disbursements, repayments, and data maintenance
- Verify SWIFT messages related to loans and securities
- Ensure timely and accurate authorization and processing of daily transactions
- Perform reconciliations and investigations
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and bank policies
- Act as deputy to the Team Leader for operational decisions and escalations
- Compile management reports and monitor transaction processing
- Develop and maintain loan operations procedures and manuals
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree holder
- 10-15 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in corporate banking operations in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of banking practices, operations, and procedures
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a drive for quality
- Strong team player with ability to foster teamwork
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable with data handling and analysis using Excel
- Proficient in MS Office suite
