Based in Malaysia, this leadership position directs the Change Request and Infrastructure Network Operations Centre functions within the Service Delivery Centre. The role manages shift scheduling, staff development, incident escalations, and the successful execution of approved infrastructure changes. You will also oversee service level adherence, process standardisation, and continuous operational enhancements across enterprise environments.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and schedule CR and InfraNOC operational teams to ensure round-the-clock service coverage
- Supervise the planning, validation, risk evaluation, and deployment of approved change requests
- Oversee Level 2 infrastructure and network operational support, incident response, and performance monitoring
- Serve as the lead escalation contact for high-priority incidents and conduct thorough root cause investigations
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, patching, system upgrades, and vulnerability remediation tasks
- Track operational metrics, SLA compliance, and drive process automation and quality enhancements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Five to seven years of enterprise infrastructure or managed services experience, with at least two years leading teams
- Proven track record managing 24x7 operations and implementing ITIL incident and change workflows
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN architectures
- Hands-on familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, and monitoring platforms
- Demonstrated competence in vulnerability mitigation, security hardening, and technical stakeholder management
