Based in Singapore, this role seeks a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts, leveraging technology, data, and talent intelligence. You will act as a strategic partner, advising on talent needs and market conditions, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The position involves championing AI and automation in hiring processes and building proactive talent pipelines for critical skills.

- Partner with stakeholders to develop strategic talent acquisition plans
- Advise on talent availability, market conditions, and compensation
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop diverse sourcing strategies for specialized roles
- Champion AI and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Build talent pipelines and conduct external talent mapping
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- IHRP certification is preferred
- 6-10 years of talent acquisition experience in a complex organization
- Strong end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing capabilities
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence hiring managers
- Analytical mindset for interpreting recruitment data and insights
