Based in Malaysia, this leadership opportunity invites an experienced hospitality professional to drive the food and beverage operations for a brand-new hotel launch in Kota Kinabalu. The successful candidate will oversee culinary concepts, restaurant administration, service standards, and operational profitability while preparing strategic business plans. Additionally, the role focuses on mentoring team members, managing local supplier relationships, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences across all outlets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Participate in hotel strategic planning, department budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Direct all restaurant and catering operations to ensure exceptional service quality and profitability.
- Collaborate with culinary leaders to design menus, beverage programs, and supplier agreements.
- Enforce corporate cleanliness, hygiene, and property maintenance standards across all outlets.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and staff development initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Drive sales growth by cultivating business referrals and capturing commercial dining leads.
