Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the strategy and execution for digital currency and payment initiatives within Group Transaction Banking. The Senior VP will drive innovation, research new use cases, and engage with industry partners to develop and commercialize cutting-edge payment solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of the evolving digital payments landscape and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to bring new products to market.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Contribute to and execute the digital currency strategy and roadmap
- Drive industry engagement and discussions on innovation topics
- Research and develop potential use cases for digital assets and blockchain technology
- Lead proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and pilot programs for innovation concepts
- Collaborate with clients and partners to co-create and discuss opportunities
- Evaluate new product opportunities and develop business cases for investment
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Digital Currency, Payments, or Transaction Banking
- Proven track record in implementing successful innovative solutions and digital strategies
- Strong understanding of Payment and Transaction Banking business, including fiat and non-fiat payments
- Experience managing Payments or Transaction Banking products in wholesale banking across Asia Pacific
- Strong cross-platform digital and technical knowledge, up-to-date with market developments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for all organizational levels
