Based in Malaysia, this operational position within the Group Security Operations Centre focuses on tracking, evaluating, and probing insider threat activities. You will analyze system usage patterns to identify unusual behavior and protect organizational integrity. Working with regional teams, you will help refine security monitoring routines and resolve escalated cases.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring, triaging, and assessment of suspicious user behavior alerts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate alerts within designated service level agreements
- Partner with headquarters teams to investigate and resolve escalated incidents
- Assess and refine monitoring processes to boost detection efficacy
- Examine behavioral trends across internal applications to detect potential fraud
- Compile routine and specialized operational reports and threat metrics
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- At least five to six years of insider threat or fraud analysis experience in financial services
- Demonstrated background utilizing security analytics tools
- Proven capability in identifying monitoring gaps and recommending process enhancements
- Strong investigative mindset combined with sound problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities
