Based in Malaysia, this role involves supervising an AML operations team, conducting quality checks on their work, and approving KYC cases for moderate and low-risk customers. The position requires providing guidance to team members, identifying performance issues, and developing improvement plans. You will also prepare monthly data for management reports and respond to requests from regulators or internal stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Supervise the AML operations team and track their progress daily
- Perform quality checks on team's work and approve KYC cases
- Provide guidance to team members and address performance issues
- Prepare monthly data and statistics for management reporting
- Respond to requests from regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business or finance field
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
